What to do if you see the “Contact support, need firmware binary” message when trying to open the DM Smart DSP software.

If you see the message “Contact support, need firmware binary” when you open the DM Smart DSP software then you need to manually reload or update the firmware on your DM processor or DSP Matrix amplifier.

Check out the Knowledge Base articles for instructions on how to manually reload the firmware. You will be reloading the same firmware that was downloaded when you initially installed the DM Smart DSP software.
